FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT TIME WILL SET UP BEGIN?

Our on site attendant will arrive approximately one hour earlier to set up the booth. The booth will be set up ready to go before your guests arrive as long as we have access to the venue prior to the start time. 

DOES SOMEONE STAY FOR THE DURATION OF THE EVENT?

Our on site attendant will be there the entire event to assist guests, make sure everything is running smoothly and most of all to make sure the guests are having fun. 

DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE PROPS?

A large range of props are included in all our packages, we have a huge range so your guests will never run out of different props to use.

 

HOW DOES THE BOOTH WORK?

When in the booth, all you need to do is pick either colour or black & white prints from our 22 inch live touchscreen. There will be 5 seconds in between each photo, just enough time to move around and change poses. You will also have the option of creating a video message.

HOW MANY PHOTOS CAN I TAKE?

You can take as many photos as you like in the time booked.

CAN PEOPLE SEE US TAKING PHOTOS?

No. The booth is fully enclosed for privacy so you can feel comfortable taking your snaps without others looking on. Let's get Clik'n!

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE PHOTOS ARE TAKEN?

Once the session has ended, place the props back & by the time you are done the prints will be ready. Each print takes 8 seconds to print & you will get 2, 2×6 inch prints per session. Depending on the type of event you may wish to purchase a Quality Leather Album for $60 from us and our on site attendant will help your guests stick one of the 2 prints into the Album and encourage guests to leave a message in gold or silver pen.

WHO PACKS UP AT THE END OF THE EVENT?

At the end of the night our booth attendant will pack up the booth in a timely manner. 

 

HOW DO I GET THE PHOTOS?

 

All photos & videos of the night will be put onto a USB and given to you at the end of the event. There will be lots of fun photos for you to share with your family & friends.

I LIVE OUTSIDE OF MELBOURNE & SURROUNDING SUBURBS CAN YOU STILL SUPPLY A BOOTH?

We sure can! Just fill in the contact form with the details and location and we will get back to you. Locations outside of our designated area may incur a small travel charge to cover extra travel time.
